The following terms and conditions establish the agreement between you and Swanley Airport Minicabs. By booking a taxi and utilizing our services, you signify your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
1. Definitions
Swanley Airport Minicabs, "we," or "us" denote the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" pertain to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2. Booking
2.1 It is imperative to allocate sufficient time for your journey, ensuring timely arrival, especially for airport transfers with designated check-in times. Swanley Airport Minicabs shall not be held responsible for delays arising from inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness at the scheduled pick-up time.
2.2 Ordering a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage is your responsibility. Swanley Airport Minicabs does not guarantee the accommodation of excessive luggage. Children, regardless of age, are considered single passengers.
2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be made during the booking process.
3. Prices & Payment
3.1 Our quotes are based on information provided by you and are exclusive of VAT, where applicable. Any significant changes to the itinerary may result in an adjustment to the provided quote.
3.2 A 45-minute waiting period and airport parking costs are included in our quotes. Additional waiting time beyond this period incurs standard waiting rates. While we strive to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, review the booking confirmation carefully for accuracy. Failure to notify Swanley Airport Minicabs of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.
3.4 Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.
4. The Service
4.1 Passenger behavior is your responsibility. Soiling, damage, or negative impact on the vehicle by a passenger may result in a cleaning charge.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the car is prohibited.
4.3 Children should be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.
4.4 Passenger capacity adheres to licensing or insurance regulations.
5. Cancellations
5.1 Promptly notify Swanley Airport Minicabs if you need to cancel. Charges apply for cancellations after dispatch, based on the driver's time and distance.
5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may incur charges.
6. Liability
6.1 Swanley Airport Minicabs is not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. We do not assume responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business under any circumstances.
6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 In case of a breakdown, we strive to provide an alternative car promptly.
6.4 You will not indemnify Swanley Airport Minicabs for expenses, damages, costs, or losses from any omission or act by anyone in your party.
6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
7. Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is at risk due to abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Swanley Airport Minicabs may subcontract obligations. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered by Swanley Airport Minicabs, with changes reflected on this page. Regularly review these terms for awareness. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 Information is handled following the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Swanley Airport Minicabs and yourself.
8.5 These terms do not confer any advantage or benefit to a third party. Third parties cannot enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.
9. Disputes
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes made after this timeframe will not be entertained by Swanley Airport Minicabs.
